Hi Everyone!

In anticipation of the 2008-2009 school year, a considerable amount of website work is being done at kentonseptsa.com! Currently, the calendar and photo gallery are beta versions only and we hope to have them up and running again very shortly. We appreciate your patience! In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact SEPTSA at kentonseptsa@gmail.com!

Have a great night!

Aimee

Good Morning all,<img alt="smile" src="http://images.freewebs.com/Images/Smilies/Round/smile.gif"&g
t;It has been a week since Aimee and I went on our adventure to Utica!
; The NYS PTA summer leadership Confrence was well worth the trip! We met people from other SEPTAs around the state! Hello to our new friends, it was good to meet you![/icolor] We learned a lot of new and interesting facts! This confrence has fired Aimee and I up to work even harder for all our children! It was good to see so many people interested in learning and sharing ideas. I went to workshops about PTA awards,Advocacy, newsletters, Response To Intervention, a Special Education roundtable finished out my weekend. One of the results of this has been,Aimee and I are now involved with other SEPTAs, and NY State PTA in an on going list serve to keep ideas flowing across the state! Aimee has taken a very active role in this great list serve. Aimee went to other workshops, so that we did not try to duplicate ourselves and could bring back even more information! Many times we found ourselves in social conversations that gave us even more information about what other groups are doing! This was truely a wonderful weekend and I would whole heartedly encourage other parents to attend next year<img alt="!" src="http://images.freewebs.com/Images/Smilies/Round/exclamation.
