Ken-Ton SEPTSA’s
2010 Educator of the Year Nomination Form
Ken-Ton SEPTSA’s Educator of the Year Award is given annually to honor an educator who is dedicated to enriching the lives of Ken-Ton Special Education Students as well as the entire school community. If you know of an educator who you feel has excelled at serving special needs children, please consider nominating them!
You can nominate someone using the criteria below and by completing the form that follows. Please be very specific and give us as much detail as possible to aid us in the selection process. Forms must be received (email or postmarked) by May 1st, 2010. Nominators will be contacted after our May meeting to make arrangements for presenting the award(s).

Award Criteria
1. The person nominating an educator must be a Ken-Ton SEPTSA Member! If you are not a member and would like to nominate someone, you may join SEPTSA! Please visit our website for more information.
2. Nominee(s) must be a teacher, classroom aide, or other support staff member (I.E. PT, OT, adaptive gym teacher, etc.) that works with Ken-Ton Special Education Students in an educational setting.
